Full ownership of worldwide payroll preparation (Israel, US, China). Oversee pension and employee benefits processes. Oversee AR & Collections. Assist with audit and quarterly closing support as necessary. Assist in improving and developing accounting policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as payroll manager
- Extensive knowledge of Israeli payroll rules
- Experience in a global company
- Experience with NetSuite
- High-level of English proficiency (writing, reading, speaking)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
