Job Summary
Payroll Manager overseeing weekly payroll, statutory reporting, wage-and-hour compliance, garnishments, and vacation/holiday accruals; collaborates with operational leaders to analyze revenue, cost, and labor data; analyzes food, beverage, labor, and procurement costs to identify profitability opportunities; develops automated reporting and financial models to enhance guest experience and overall hotel profitability.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma required
- Experience in California payroll regulations
- Minimum 3 years payroll system management experience (hotel experience preferred)
- Knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce or similar payroll system
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and work under pressure
