Job Summary
Payroll Manager leading payroll for a multi-site business in Ireland (Newcastle West, Limerick) with responsibility for multiple payrolls across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Oversees a team of 5 Payroll Analysts and 1 Project Manager, partners with HR Business Partners, supports monthly payroll activities, and contributes to compensation and rewards planning. Designs/refreshes incentive programmes, maintains up-to-date knowledge of rewards, benefits, rules, and regulations, and provides guidance to management on reward-related matters. Requires IPASS or equivalent qualification, experience with Irish & UK payrolls, a computerised Time & Attendance system, understanding of employment law as it relates to reward and pensions, and strong Excel/data-analysis skills; must be capable of leading projects across multiple stakeholders and communicating effectively across the organization.
