Job Summary
The Payroll Lead oversees and coordinates payroll operations within their assigned region, supervising a team of 2 payroll clerks and serving as the primary point of escalation for payroll activities. Responsibilities include managing payroll processing, ensuring compliance with certified payroll reporting, interacting with jobsite personnel to reduce errors, and performing regular check-ins and training for team members. The successful candidate will have strong data entry, communication, and organizational skills, with a preferred background in end-to-end payroll processing and supervisory experience.

Desired Qualifications
- 3-5 years of end-to-end payroll processing
- Supervisory experience
- Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and Oracle HCM
- Experience with LCPtracker, eMArs, AASHTOWare or similar CPR software
- Intermediate Excel skills
