Job Summary
Document and validate customer business requirements, configure the Dayforce application, and conduct consulting sessions to map needs to functionality. Manage customer expectations, lead implementation activities, and develop SQL database scripts for integrations. Serve as a subject matter resource for functional areas, document solutions and best practices, and share knowledge across the practice. Work with customers to implement Organizational Readiness best practices and provide post-go-live support. Fluency in German and English is required. This role supports the global Dayforce HCM platform, focusing on end-to-end payroll implementation and readiness consulting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) application consulting
- Product certification in the Payroll HCM module or equivalent experience
- Experience with business process mapping
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based software solutions, including HRIS systems
- Experience with one or more of the following applications: Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, or Dayforce
- Ability to successfully implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution
- Understanding of common Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices
- Understanding of different industries and how Dayforce implementation best practices apply to customer business practices
- Fluency in both German and English
