Job Summary
Document and validate customer business requirements, then configure the Dayforce application to meet documented needs. Conduct consulting sessions virtually or in person, map requirements to functionality, and develop SQL database scripts for integrations. Provide follow-up assistance, manage project risks, and lead implementation activities under the Project Manager's direction. Deliver Organizational Readiness consulting and document best practices within the solutions repository. Fluency in German and English is required to support stakeholders across multiple regions. This ongoing opportunity involves continuous product release training and knowledge sharing across the implementation practice.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) application consulting
- Product certification in the Payroll HCM module or equivalent experience
- Experience with business process mapping
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based software solutions, including HRIS systems
- Experience with one or more of the following applications: Salesforce, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Kronos, Workbrain/Infor, RedPrairie/JDA, Ultimate, Oracle HR/Payroll, or Dayforce
- Ability to successfully implement an HRIS module or similar end-to-end solution
- Understanding of common Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices
- Understanding of different industries and how Dayforce implementation best practices apply to customer business practices
- Fluency in both German and English
