Payroll & HRIS Coordinator

Job Summary
Payroll Administration across multiple locations (including international payroll) and HRIS management to ensure accurate, compliant operations; assist with onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll-related reporting; maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and support year-end tax forms; collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support a global workforce; emphasis on data accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to wage laws in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing and HR administration
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of payroll practices, wage laws, and compliance requirements
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience supporting multi-state or international payroll is a plus
- Payroll certification (CPP, PCP, or similar) is an asset
