Job Summary
Own end-to-end payroll delivery using SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP, PCC) while ensuring compliance with local payroll, tax, and labour regulations. Lead payroll operations to guarantee accuracy, quality, and SLA adherence, acting as the primary client contact for payroll-related matters. Provide expert guidance on processes, configurations, and legislation, and lead implementations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain documentation and support knowledge sharing while coaching and mentoring Payroll Specialists and Administrators. Requires 8–12 years of experience in a payroll outsourcing environment with SAP expertise. Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of payroll experience
- ideally in a payroll outsourcing environment
- Expert knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and PCC
- Strong understanding of local payroll legislation, tax regulations, and expatriate payroll
- Proven client management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and the local country language

- Payroll certifications (CPP, PCP, or local equivalent)
- Experience with HR, finance, benefits, time, and workforce management integrations
- Shared services or outsourcing experience
