Job Summary
The Payroll, HR Administrator will manage employee payroll and related administrative matters, ensuring compliance with legal and internal company rules. Responsibilities include organizing payroll, monitoring payslips, managing personnel records from onboarding to termination, and ensuring the timely production of required payroll statements. A strong grasp of labor laws, collective agreements, and exceptional organizational skills are necessary for the role. Proficiency in payroll software, Excel expertise, and previous HR experience are essential qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- BTS/DUT/license professionnelle in personnel management/HR or accounting/business management
- Confirmed experience in a similar role
- Mastery of ADP/Décidium payroll software and associated time management
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a similar function
- Master's degree in HR or related fields
- Proficiency in ADP/Décidium payroll software
- Excel skills including pivot tables
- Knowledge of the plastics industry collective agreement
