Job Summary
Payroll/GPX and T&E DS Director leads end-to-end payroll, time and attendance, and expense reporting across multiple countries. Focus on global strategy, governance, and technology enablement to ensure compliant, accurate, and timely payroll delivery while partnering with HR, Finance, Tax, and local operations. Oversees regional managers in a matrix environment, drives process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement, and provides executive reporting on payroll metrics and program status. Requires extensive experience in multi-country payroll, statutory reporting, internal controls, vendor management, and leadership within a global organization.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive payroll/finance/HR/shared services leadership experience including multi-country operations
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, HR, Business, or related field
- CPP required; Payroll certified preferred; MBA and/or CPA/CA/CIMA preferred (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of payroll and T&A practices, governance and internal controls
- Experience in multi-country payroll runs, statutory reporting, year-end processes and reconciliations
- Experience with ERP/finance systems, data integrity, and automation initiatives
- Ability to lead in a matrix organization with coaching and development responsibilities
- English proficiency required
