Payroll Generalist (Stockholm) - Full-Time

Job Summary
Independently manage and control the monthly payroll process across France, Belgium, and Spain, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. Collect, validate, and reconcile payroll data for new starters, leavers, absences, and working hours while coordinating with internal teams and external providers. Review results to investigate discrepancies, process salary payments, produce reports for stakeholders, and manage documentation and communications. Improve payroll processes and controls through projects with finance, people, and local teams to maintain accurate employee and financial records. Support invoice administration from external suppliers to keep costs within budget.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or Higher Vocational Education in business administration, finance, human resources or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 2–3 years of payroll experience, either in-house or with an outsourced payroll provider
- Experience managing European payroll across more than one country
- Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
- Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
