Job Summary

Review, interpret, and set up new court orders, child support, tax levies, and creditor claims into the payroll system. Remit payments to ensure accurate and timely transfer of funds to courts, agencies, and creditors. Ensure all calculations strictly follow federal, state, and local withholding limits and timelines. Investigate calculation errors, fix automation failures, submit garnishment refunds for processing, and adjust future deductions. Answer inquiries and provide customer support to employees, courts, legal teams, and government agencies. Requires 2 to 3 years in payroll or specialized garnishment processing, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Workday, and high attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years working in payroll or specialized garnishment processing
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong proficiency in Workday
  • Strong proficiency in Google products like Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Sheets
  • High attention to detail
  • Strict data confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Fundamentals of Payroll (FPC) certification
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification
