Job Summary
Payroll DS Manager responsible for end-to-end payroll delivery for a defined set of countries, leading a matrixed payroll team, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant processing, managing vendor performance and audits, and driving process improvements and standardization across payroll operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Payroll, HR and/or Finance operations
- Minimum 3 years in a Management/People Leader role
- Strong experience managing multi-country payroll operations
- Experience overseeing payroll controls, compliance, audits, and statutory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent English language written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with knowledge management systems and compliance requirements (e.g. SOX, business controls) are preferred
