Payroll DS Manager

Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for assigned countries from Zug; lead payroll supervisors and individual contributors; ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with policy and local statutory requirements; manage payroll controls, reconciliations, off-cycle payments, and payroll accounting entries; maintain audit readiness and support internal, external, and regulatory audits; build strong relationships with senior country stakeholders and global partners; manage third-party payroll vendors and ensure adherence to SLAs and operational metrics; lead hiring, performance management, coaching, and career development for the payroll team; drive process excellence, stabilization, and continuous improvement including automation and standardization; partner with Global Payroll, Capability Center, and Projects teams on system implementations and transformations; represent Payroll in cross-functional initiatives and programs; perform other duties as assigned by Global or Regional Leadership.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of prior experience in Payroll, HR and/or Finance operations
- A minimum of 3 years in a Management/People Leader role
- Strong experience managing multi-country payroll operations
- Proven experience overseeing payroll controls, compliance, audits, and statutory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
