Job Summary
Payroll Country Champion for the Philippines responsible for ensuring Strada Pay complies with local payroll regulations, staying ahead of regulatory changes, collaborating with Product Development to shape the country-specific roadmap, maintaining country workbooks with legislative updates, analyzing payroll procedures for efficiency, supporting pre-sales and client deployments, and acting as the country expert on payroll, tax laws, and compliance while coordinating with global peers to ensure standardized, compliant delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Payroll or HR Outsourcing
- Deep knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, global working environment
- Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated equivalent experience aligned with the position requirements
