Job Summary
Payroll Coordinator responsible for processing payroll accurately and on schedule, generating and verifying payroll reports, resolving discrepancies, responding to employee payroll inquiries, maintaining payroll records and compliance, collaborating with HR and operations, and assisting with audits and reconciliations. Requires strong numerical ability, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency with payroll systems; remote work from the US hours.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong numerical and basic math skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and execute projects within set timeframes
- Highly organized and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Monday.com, Excel, CentralReach (preferred)
