Job Summary
As a Payroll Coordinator, you'll manage and process multi-provincial payroll for hourly craft employees, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and collective agreements while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of unionized payroll administration experience
- Intermediate knowledge of payroll processes, statutory laws, and labour agreements
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply collective bargaining agreements
- Experience with payroll remittances
- Excellent attention to detail
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to maintain performance under tight deadlines
- Discretion when handling confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Desired Qualifications
- Active pursuit of Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) certification
