Job Summary

As a Payroll Coordinator, you'll manage and process multi-provincial payroll for hourly craft employees, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and collective agreements while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of unionized payroll administration experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of payroll processes, statutory laws, and labour agreements
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply collective bargaining agreements
  • Experience with payroll remittances
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Desired Qualifications
