Job Summary
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will monitor and maintain information within the company's payroll system, auditing incoming employee hours and balancing payroll runs through Infor/Lawson. Responsibilities include identifying issues, managing payroll interfaces, maintaining Infor/Lawson files, processing weekly payroll inputs, controlling manual payroll checks, handling year-end W-2 processing, and training new team members. The role requires strong organizational skills, 1-3 years of payroll processing experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-3 years of high-volume payroll processing experience
- Ability to process high volumes of data accurately and meet processing deadlines
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Team player, comfortable in a fast-paced multi-task environment
Desired Qualifications
- Multi-jurisdictional payroll experience
- Experience with Infor/Lawson payroll system
