Job Summary
Payroll Coordinator role focusing on end-to-end payroll lifecycle management for Safeguard Global workers, ensuring compliant payroll processing, timely payments, and accurate invoicing. Responsibilities include query management, maintaining payroll policies and regulatory compliance, processing payroll for workers, reviewing and approving payroll reports, maintaining worker documentation, handling onboarding/offboarding changes (including salary or benefits adjustments), responding to worker queries, coordinating funding/billing for payroll, and ensuring accurate records and contract changes across in-country requirements. The position emphasizes accurate processing, cross-functional collaboration with clients/internal teams, data integrity, and adherence to payroll timelines, with advantageous experience in local payroll legislation and English/local-language communication.
Required Qualifications
- Two to three years of working experience
- Established knowledge of payroll concepts
- local payroll legislation for supported countries
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in local language and English
- Ability to problem solve
