Job Summary
Payroll coordinator responsible for payroll data administration and processing using SAP Globalview in the EMEA region. Key duties include monthly payroll execution, onboarding support for new employees, coordinating with tax authorities, social security, health insurance and pension providers as SAP key users, responding to payroll inquiries via ServiceNow (email, phone, chat, case management), collaborating with internal and external partners on global assignments, educating employees on services and self-service tools, and driving continuous process improvements. Requires 3+ years of European payroll experience; knowledge of payroll legislation; English is mandatory with additional Dutch, French, Italian or Turkish considered a plus; strong IT affinity and documentation skills for process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of European Payroll experience
- Experience with SAP Globalview or similar payroll systems
- Knowledge of payroll legislation or equivalent
- Strong written and spoken English; additional languages (Dutch, French, Italian, Turkish) a plus
