Payroll Coordinator/Administrator

Job Summary
Payroll operations coordination across exempt and non-exempt employees in multiple states, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws; manage time-entry discrepancies, timecard accuracy, and prior pay period adjustments; process PTO payouts, garnishments, bonuses, and other supplemental pay; respond to employee payroll inquiries; support invoicing via timecard modifications; maintain HRIS/payroll systems (ISolved preferred); remote work with a Malvern, PA base; emphasizes accuracy, analytical skills, and cross-state payroll experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of payroll experience in multi-pay schedule environments
- Experience supporting payroll for 500+ employees
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance and wage and hour regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Analytical and data processing skills
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems (ISolved experience is a plus)
