Job Summary
Manage personnel movements including registrations, modifications, incidents, and cancellations. Execute payroll calculations and communicate with official bodies while providing support and advice on labour procedures. Handle client management at the local level and monitor activity at the corporate level for international companies. Requires minimum four years of relevant payroll management and labor law experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and proficiency with the Integrho payroll engine. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of relevant knowledge and/or experience in payroll management and labor law
- A degree in Law, Business Administration, Labour Relations or a related field is valued
- A strong interest in HR, especially in payroll management and employment legislation
- Previous experience with Integrho payroll engine is a strong advantage
- Solid analytical skills and a natural interest in digital tools and applications
- A strong eagerness to learn, paired with a customer‐oriented mindset and high attention to detail
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills
- A problem-solving and positive attitude, team spirit and a good sense of humour
- Spanish and fluency in English is essential
