Job Summary
Payroll Client Advisor responsible for prospecting new clients and delivering Auris Payroll presentations in person or by phone to small and mid-sized merchants to close deals within a fast sales cycle. The role involves maintaining CRM records (Atlas), upselling Heartland products, and coordinating with the Payroll Division Manager and Territory Manager. After training with a PDM/PTM, you’ll set your own schedule to maximize earnings in a 100% commission framework, with on-site client engagement in Detroit, MI. Key duties include prospecting, running appointments, presenting Auris solutions, building referral partnerships, and achieving minimum production requirements, with emphasis on field presence, relationship-building, and strong communication. Benefits and compensation include a transparent first-year earnings range of $90,000–$105,000+ with uncapped commissions, residuals, and portfolio equity; comprehensive benefits and 401(k) options are also offered.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Must live in area relative to job posting location
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
