Job Summary
Payroll Client Advisor for Auris seeks to prospect and present Auris payroll solutions to small and mid-sized merchants, in-person or over the phone, with a fast sales cycle and opportunity for 100% commission and residuals. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records (Atlas), setting appointments, conducting in-person or face-to-face presentations, and closing sales in SMBs. Training with PDM/PTM, followed by independent field work (minimum 50% in the field) and ongoing collaboration with leaders. Required qualifications emphasize age, driving license/insurance, background check, residency in the posting area, and at least two years of relevant B2B sales experience; strong prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking abilities; ability to work both independently and in a team. Compensation includes uncapped commissions, benefits, and retirement plans; on-site presence requested for collaboration and leadership activities.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- Must live in area relative to job posting location
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Works well independently and as part of a team
