Job Summary
Payroll Clerk, Level 2 responsible for supporting day-to-day payroll processing across 130+ locations, including data entry from timekeeping sources, time/attendance reconciliation, bi-weekly payroll runs, payroll record maintenance, responding to inquiries, generating payroll reports, and assisting with year-end activities and audits. Requires Dayforce payroll experience, 2-5 years in payroll or related roles, high attention to detail, strong communication, and preferably Spanish-speaking abilities; on-site role in Diamond Bar, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or administrative support; restaurant or hospitality industry experience is a plus
- Dayforce Payroll Experience (2-5 years) REQUIRED
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or coursework in accounting, finance, or business preferred
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Spanish — strongly preferred
- Capacity for teamwork as well as working individually
- Office environment familiarity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry
