Job Summary
Collect, analyze, update, and reconcile payroll data for drivers, entering information into payroll software and managing driver reimbursements. Research and record payroll discrepancies, verify the accuracy of employee changes including pay increases, and ensure data complies with legally mandated policies and company standards. Maintain PTO balances for accurate reporting and attend workshops as directed. Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by the Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Detail oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment
- Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality of information
- Ability to be flexible in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Must have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
- Must have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Word and Excel
- Ability to recognize and respond to unsafe working conditions
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Associate Degree or minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Must be willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by Manager
