Job Summary
Payroll & Billing Specialist in Garden Grove, CA. Not a remote position. Responsible for payroll processing for 50–200 employees using HR payroll systems (Quick Solve Plus a plus), and handling company billing—reconciling timesheets, ensuring accurate service-billed entries, and maintaining active service agreements. Performs general office duties, data entry, and enters billing records into electronic invoicing systems. Requires ability to work in a small, autonomous team, with minimal supervision, and support other departments as needed. Compensation: $28–$30/hour; company contributes 50% of bronze/silver medical, 100% of $25,000 life insurance, and 100% of EAP. Benefits include holidays after 90 days, group medical/dental/vision, and 40 hours PTO/year. Work hours: 40/week; specifics discussed at hire.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in medical billing, payroll, and administrative tasks
- Must have at least one year of office experience
- Must have at least one year of general accounting/finance experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
