Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Collect, enter, process, and report on payroll and benefits data, including RRSP, within the NetSuite system. Process, audit, reconcile, and follow up with field staff regarding discrepancies while educating them on resolution steps. Produce internal reconciliations, financial reports, and journal entries related to payroll and benefits. Liaise with government agency and vendor representatives and suggest process improvements where gaps are identified. This full-time hybrid role supports the finance team within Business Operations Support at Safety Management Group, a leading North American HSE services provider with over two hundred personnel across Canada, the USA, and Mexico.
