Job Summary
Payroll & Benefits Specialist responsible for accurate and timely administration of payroll and employee benefits for Chase Oaks Church and Center for Church Renewal (CCR). Primary duties include payroll processing in Paycom, benefits administration across medical/dental/vision/Life/Disability/retirement/HSA, payroll tax compliance, IRS and clergy housing-allowance considerations, HRIS maintenance, wage garnishments, Form 941, W-2/W-3 reporting, and confidential compensation and payroll reporting for staff. Serves as the main point of contact for payroll/benefit inquiries and collaborates with vendors and third-party administrators while supporting leadership and ministry teams.
