Job Summary
Payroll & Benefits Coordinator responsible for administering payroll and benefits functions for the facility, maintaining payroll records, processing time clocks, overtime, tax records, and employee communications; enrolling employees in health, life, and retirement plans, coordinating with the 401(k) plan provider, and preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll reports; supporting year-end audit preparation and maintaining confidential payroll information.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old with at least a high school diploma or a GED and/or experience commensurate with the position being offered.
