Job Summary
Payroll and Benefits Coordinator responsible for accurate ADP Workforce Now payroll processing, timekeeping administration, and benefits support within a fast-paced motorsports organization. Partners with HR and Accounting to maintain clean employee records, ensure benefit deductions and reconciliations are accurate, and deliver responsive employee support. On-site at the motorsports facility with a focus on benefits administration, enrollment changes, open enrollment, year-end payroll activities, and coordination with carriers. Key duties include payroll validation, audits, timekeeping reconciliation, preparation of payroll reports, and providing employee inquiries support. The role excludes broad HR Generalist responsibilities such as employee relations or talent acquisition leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience (including audits/reconciliations) and timekeeping administration; ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience administering employee benefits (enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, open enrollment support) and ensuring accurate benefit deductions in payroll.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills; comfortable producing routine and ad hoc payroll/benefits reports and supporting audits/compliance requests.
