Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end payroll for a 400-person organization, oversee Paylocity HRIS, manage employee benefits administration (open enrollment, enrollment, ongoing support), administer time and attendance and PTO programs, and maintain employee records with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. Drive automation and process improvements across payroll and benefits, enhance reporting capabilities, and manage vendor relationships. Serve as a trusted advisor on HRIS projects and payroll processes in a fast-paced environment; collaborate with employees at all levels to communicate complex regulatory information clearly. This role requires strategic thinking while executing daily operations within a collaborative HR team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- At least five years of experience performing duties similar to those listed
- Paylocity HRIS system experience strongly preferred
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is preferred
