Job Summary
Payroll & Benefits Administrator responsible for processing full-cycle payroll for multiple FFUN Group companies, including salaried, hourly, commissioned, and incentive-based employees; prepare, validate, and complete payroll on schedule; administer benefits, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with payroll legislation and internal controls; reconcile payroll accounts, respond to inquiries, and support year-end activities including T4 processing and CRA remittances; collaborate with Payroll, Human Resources, and Accounting to keep programs running smoothly and deliver exceptional service.
Required Qualifications
- Payroll experience is preferred
- PCP designation or working toward it is considered an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
