Payroll Auditor/Revenue Auditor

Job Summary

Collect, review, and submit payroll and revenue data in accordance with established schedules, policies, and National Indian Gaming Commission regulations. Coordinate with Human Resources and leadership to resolve discrepancies, prepare exception reports for non-compliance, and conduct audits for table games, restaurants, and slots. Maintain records and vault documents while adhering to internal controls, Tribal Ordinances, and Minimum Internal Control Standards. This role requires licensable status under the Northern Arapaho gaming Agency, a valid Wyoming driver's license, and the ability to work in a high-noise, smoke-filled environment. Candidates must demonstrate superior attention to detail in spreadsheet management and multitask to meet competing deadlines.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to uphold the highest level of confidentiality
  • Familiarity and experience with general office with general office equipment, including but not limited to 10-key calculator by touch, computerized financial systems
  • Minimum if intermediary level of Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Ability to effectively respond to inquiries from vendors, managers, and employees
  • Ability to communicate information through spoken words and sentences that others will understand in a position manner
  • Ability to complete assessments accurately and timely
  • Abilit to demonstrate understanding of audits performed
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy while working in spreadsheet, financial auditing, materials, and data management
  • Must have the ability to multitask in a organized manner with the ability prioritize competing deadlines
  • 1-3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fraction, and decimals
  • Must be licensable under the requirement of the Northern Arapaho gaming Agency
  • Must be 18 years old
  • Must have a valid Wyoming driver's license
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Must be able to work in a second-hand smoke, high smoke, high noise, bright lights, dusty and smoke-filled environment
  • Must have ability to deal with and adapt to frequent changed, delays, and unexpected events at time
  • Must be able to work sitting at workstation for duration of the shift
  • Must be able to lift 25Ibs
