Job Summary
Payroll Associate responsible for processing high-volume payroll for hourly restaurant employees across assigned markets, ensuring accurate and on-time pay, reviewing and validating weekly payroll data, making manual adjustments as needed, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines, printing checks and payroll reports, researching and resolving payroll discrepancies, auditing tax setup and payroll data for accuracy, and providing legendary service to managers and employees with payroll-related questions. This on-site role operates on a hybrid schedule at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center in Louisville, KY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of administrative experience
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with payroll systems (UKG preferred)
- Payroll certifications (FPC or CPP) a plus
