Job Summary
Payroll Associate needed to manage end-to-end U.S. payroll processing with multi-state compliance, payroll reconciliations and audits, and international payroll vendor management. Responsibilities include end-to-end U.S. payroll processing, multi-state payroll compliance and tax reporting, payroll reconciliations and audits, international payroll vendor management, employee payroll support and issue resolution, and collaborating with HR and Finance. Preferred experience with UKG, Workday, Deel, or similar platforms. Location is New York City with onsite presence four days per week; salary range $90,000–$105,000 per year.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of payroll experience
- strong knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance
- experience partnering with international payroll vendors
- familiarity with UKG, Workday, Deel or similar payroll platforms
