Job Summary
Part-Time Payroll Assistant to support payroll processing for Henry Schein UK Holdings and Henry Schein Ireland, coordinating with external payroll provider ADP. Responsibilities include collation and input of variable payroll data, processing sickness absence information, submitting data for processing, performing ad hoc manual payroll calculations, validating payroll output, handling employee/payroll queries, generating payroll-related reports for Finance, assisting with internal/external audits, setting up new starters in JDE, ensuring GDPR/data protection compliance, and supporting wider HR administration.
Required Qualifications
- GCSE Maths (grade C or above)
- GCSE English (grade C or above)
