Job Summary
Process operating unit payroll weekly using company systems, calculate prior payment adjustments for regular pay and overtime, and collect daily timesheets for approved missed punches. Enter timesheet data, complete payroll reports for managerial review, and research verifications for hours worked and breaks. Create payroll requests for special payments such as anniversary awards and employee of the month, while maintaining personnel and benefits file maintenance. Research and communicate required verifications of employment and benefits coverage changes to management. Participate in the Employee Resource Center by answering employee questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Submit application by 08/25/2026.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role
- Must have the ability to communicate and disclose data in an accurate manner
- Must be able to communicate effectively with management team and staff
- Intermediate level Microsoft office skills including Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to communicate and disclose data in an accurate manner
Desired Qualifications
- Associates or bachelor's degree
- Experience in Payroll or Human Resources
- Experience with Kronos, Workday and Ultipro
- Multi-lingual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail

- Must be available for weekend shifts
