Job Summary
Assist with preparing weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly client payrolls by collecting employee hours, reimbursements, bonuses, and commissions. Enter payroll and employee information into systems, review timesheets for inconsistencies, and maintain organized digital files. Support quarterly and year-end documentation, perform basic reconciliations, and communicate with team members regarding missing information. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial data and follow established procedures and quality-control requirements. Work remotely in a full-time capacity with a flexible schedule, supporting the payroll and accounting teams as needed.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or willingness to develop proficiency

Desired Qualifications
- Previous administrative, payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, or customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with payroll or accounting software
- Basic understanding of payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting concepts
- Experience handling confidential employee or financial information
- Coursework, training, or certification related to payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, or business administration is a plus
