Job Summary

In-person HR Generalist responsible for full-cycle payroll processing, HRIS management, policy administration, staffing, onboarding, and training and development. Uses HRIS/payroll systems such as Paycor, Paycom, ADP, or Paylocity to ensure data integrity, generate payroll reports, administer garnishments and deductions, and maintain personnel records. Supports recruitment and onboarding; provides analytics and reporting; assists with HR policy implementation and compliance initiatives; travels to regional worksites as required. Strong Excel/Word skills and knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations are required. A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required, as well as hands-on payroll processing experience and a valid driver’s license for travel.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Hands-on experience processing payroll using an HRIS/payroll system (e.g., Paycor, Paycom, ADP, Paylocity)
  • Knowledge of payroll administration, deductions, and tax compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry accuracy
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
