Job Summary
Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator based onsite at Monet Bank’s Plano, TX headquarters. Responsible for payroll administration, HR operations, benefits management, and employee relations. Responsibilities include entering payroll, administering new-hire paperwork, maintaining I-9s and EEO forms, coordinating payroll documents and reports, managing personnel and termination files, onboarding and offboarding of employees, preparing monthly reports, supporting HR onboarding/offboarding processes in compliance with state law, managing benefits enrollment, reconciling benefit invoices, assisting with HRIS implementations, maintaining HR and payroll process manuals, leading weekly HR meetings, maintaining organizational charts, and supporting leave of absence processes and audits. Requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and experience with HRIS and payroll within financial services. Onsite in Plano, TX; no relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred
- 2 - 3 years of HR, Payroll and Benefits support
- Experience in Human Resources in Financial Services or Banking preferred
- Experience in the use of HRIS systems strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
