Job Summary
Payroll and HR Operations Coordinator on the Global HR Shared Services Team supporting US HR and payroll: responsible for end-to-end payroll processing including multi-state inputs, timecard validation, tax elections, deductions, and direct deposits; performs payroll previews, reconciliations, audits, and year-end tasks (W-2); ensures regulatory compliance; handles employee payroll and benefits inquiries; supports onboarding/offboarding, lifecycle changes, leave processing, and HR projects; administers benefits, maintains HR/payroll records, and supports open enrollment; utilizes UKG and related systems; collaborates across offices and with HR leadership to drive process improvements and accurate payroll.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or experience in lieu
- 2+ years of payroll or HR operations experience with significant payroll responsibility
- Hands-on experience with UKG payroll systems
- Experience processing multi-state payroll
- Working knowledge of payroll compliance and HR best practices
- Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
- Preferred: Relevant certifications (e.g. aPHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
- Preferred: Experience using HR information systems and Microsoft Office
- Preferred: Experience working within a diverse, international environment
- Preferred: Fluency in Spanish
