Job Summary
Payroll and Benefits Administrator responsible for owning end-to-end payroll for 750+ employees across multiple states, ensuring accurate, on-time processing, reconciling time entries to job-cost timecards, and maintaining compliant payroll records. Administers employee benefits including enrollments, changes, and annual open enrollment, serves as a resource for benefits questions, supports year-end reporting (W-2s, 941s, 1095s, 1099s), and collaborates with internal teams and vendors. Requires strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, effective communication, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a corporate, on-site Tampa environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; post-secondary degree preferred
- 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience for 200+ employees
- Multi-state payroll experience
- Union payroll and reporting experience is a plus (not required)
