Job Summary
Execute end-to-end U.S. payroll processing by validating complex employee changes, including bonuses, relocations, severance, and final pay, ensuring strict adherence to state-specific final pay laws. Maintain Workday data integrity by auditing payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance, proactively flagging discrepancies before they impact pay. Partner with HR and external partners to reconcile benefit invoices against payroll deductions, manage Leave of Absence payment outcomes, and resolve inconsistencies through strong judgment. This detail-oriented role requires 7-10+ years of U.S. payroll experience, deep Workday proficiency, and advanced Excel skills. Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years in U.S. payroll
- heavy focus on complex, high-growth environments
- Deep experience in Workday
- understanding of business processes and EIB loads
- Advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional ability to draft SOPs
- ability to explain complex pay impacts (like LOA or deductions) to employees in a clear, empathetic manner
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with our vendor stack: OneSource Virtual (OSV), Sequoia, GoNavia, Empower, or HSA Bank
- CPP or FCP
