Job Summary
Remote Payroll Analyst responsible for end-to-end multi-country payroll processing (EMEA and APAC), data validation, payroll calculations, deductions, benefits coordination, and post-payroll reconciliation. Partner with People, Benefits, Accounting, and Operations to ensure process alignment and regulatory compliance, monitor local labor laws, and support audits. Provide employee pay support, handle on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls, and manage year-end tasks. Requires 2+ years of multi-country payroll experience, strong Excel (pivot tables), analytical and communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with UltiPro/UKG is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience processing multi-country payrolls (EMEA and APAC)
- Experience with end-to-end payroll processing including data validation, calculations, deductions, and year-end processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables)
- Experience with payroll systems (e.g., UltiPro/UKG) a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams (People, Benefits, Accounting, Operations)
- CIPP certification is a plus but not required
