Job Summary
Execute US payroll services by processing time entries, validating employee data, and ensuring accurate compensation payments while maintaining strict SLA compliance. Monitor ticket reception, manage daily resolution escalations, and conciliate process deliverables for audit preparation. Support continuous process improvement efforts and maintain robust communication with local functional teams to uphold operational controls. Deliver services that meet defined KPIs and service level agreements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
