Job Summary
Part-time Payroll Analyst responsible for end-to-end hourly payroll processing and backup exempts, with involvement in ADP system projects and global payroll expansion (including India). The role supports hourly/non-exempt payroll cycles, verifies timekeeping data, handles inquiries, and ensures compliance and confidentiality. Involves ADP Celergo implementation, system improvements, and collaboration with HR/Finance; requires attention to detail, ability to work in a hybrid/remote environment, and familiarity with Excel. Office presence is one day per week in Framingham, MA.
Required Qualifications
- FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification) or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation, or actively pursuing
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience processing payroll in a professional setting
- Hands-on experience with ADP platforms (e.g., Workforce Now, Run, or comparable ADP product)
- Working knowledge of multi-state payroll laws, tax withholding requirements, and wage and hour compliance
