Job Summary
Payroll Analyst responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for Malaysia across GfK and NIQ entities, partnering with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors. Ensures payroll data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations; handles payroll reporting, bank payout processing, and related administration while maintaining timely and accurate payroll operations in a fast-paced, global environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Payroll
- Experience working in HR Shared Services Hub
- Strong understanding of Workday HR system processes
- Hands-on experience with Ariba for invoice and PO management
- University degree in HR, Finance or related
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel
- Excellent proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
- Interest in working with numbers/data and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical thinking
