Job Summary
Payroll Analyst in the NAMER payroll team responsible for preparing and processing US payroll for over 700 full-time and part-time employees, plus contingent/freelance teams. Manages bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls, ensures timely and accurate processing, assists with reconciliations, audits, and tax matters, collaborates with HR and international finance/payroll teams, maintains HRIS data, processes freelancer/contractor invoices, garnishments, and benefits invoicing, and supports ad hoc process improvements. May participate in state registrations for payroll taxation, payroll system enhancements, and cross-functional payroll initiatives. Role is governed by the company’s Return to Office policy with a Hybrid work arrangement in Los Angeles. Requires experience with multi-state payroll, strong analytical and communication skills, and adherence to data confidentiality and compliance. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience processing medium to large size company payroll
- Experience with processing multi-state payroll
- Experience with G Suite, including Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, is a plus
- Experience with Ceridian/Dayforce and Workday is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excel in analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments
- Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and minimal supervision
